Responsibilities
1. Meet with clients to assess their financial needs goals and current financial situation
2. Develop personalized financial strategies, including insurance investment and retirement planning
3. Offer ongoing advice and adjustments to ensure clients are on track to meet their financial objectives
4. Recommend the most suitable products that align with each client's risk tolerance and financial goals
5. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and check-ins
6. Work within a team to achieve collective goals, sharing insights and strategies
7. Follow up with potential clients to close sales and onboard new clients
Qualifications
1. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required; customer service experience is a plus
2. Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license
3. Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders
4. High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree a plus
5. Fundamental computer skills such as experience with Microsoft Office
Compensation
$75,000 - $150,000 at plan commission
