Join blp today.We are looking for a Chief of Staff to the Founder / CTO to help scale our fast-growing enterprise SaaS company at the intersection of ERP automation, AI agents, and large-scale enterprise software.This role is designed for someone with both strong technical depth and business thinking - someone who can go deep into any function of the company, understand how it works, define what great looks like, and then help build the processes, systems, and AI agents to get there. You will work directly with the Founder (acting as CTO / CPO / CIO) and operate across engineering, product, AI, and company-level initiatives.This is not a coordination role. This is a builder + operator + strategist role.
