Your Key Responsibilities
As the Tobacco Processing Technical Training Manager (m/f/d) in the area of Technical & Functional Training, you will:
1. Lead and manage a team of TFT technical instructors, ensuring effective performance, task allocation, and structured training development.
2. Deliver technical training and develop efficiency improvement plans for personnel.
3. Provide technical support to factories, including machinery performance, quality, safety, and maintenance improvements.
4. Participate in technical projects, skills assessments, and training needs analysis.
5. Stay updated on equipment modifications, prepare technical documentation, and maintain training program accuracy.
6. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external functions (e.g., Global IWS Teams, Quality, Engineering, etc.).
Your Profile
1. STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education (High School minimum); additional technical qualifications are an advantage.
2. At least 5 years of experience in the tobacco industry, with strong knowledge of tobacco processing (primary) equipment. Experience in people management/coaching and in training delivery.
3. Deep understanding of technical training methodologies and equipment maintenance.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Fluency in both written and spoken English.
6. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with global teams.
7. Availability for business travel approximately 60% of working time.
