Senior Audit Specialist – Quality Assurance Department, Grens (VD), on-site, fixed-term 8 months.
What You Will Do
* Internal and External Audit Process Management (audit organization and follow-up, documentation maintenance, reporting audit outcomes to the Board Chair, and act as Subject Matter Expert in audit regarding).
* Monitor Quality System (e.g. Data extraction, data analysis, KPIs).
* Support and provide guidance as SME to internal audit team.
* Improve Quality System and apply DBS culture.
* Perform additional duties as assigned (act as QA System leader deputy).
Who You Are
* Knowledge of Quality System (ISO 13485 and ISO 9001) and Medical Device regulations.
* Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Biotechnology or Quality Management.
* At least 2‑3 years’ experience working in a regulated environment, with hands‑on expertise in external and internal audits.
* High attention to detail with proven statistical analysis and problem‑solving skills, supported by clear communication, a customer‑centric mindset, and a proactive, well‑organised, autonomous working style.
* Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, communicating with others in a professional and effective way, strengthened with fluency in English and French language (spoken and written).
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
* Ability to travel up to 10%.
