Senior Audit Specialist – Quality Assurance Department, Grens (VD), on-site, fixed-term 8 months.
What You Will Do
Internal and External Audit Process Management (audit organization and follow-up, documentation maintenance, reporting audit outcomes to the Board Chair, and act as Subject Matter Expert in audit regarding).
Monitor Quality System (e.g. Data extraction, data analysis, KPIs).
Support and provide guidance as SME to internal audit team.
Improve Quality System and apply DBS culture.
Perform additional duties as assigned (act as QA System leader deputy).
Who You Are
Knowledge of Quality System (ISO 13485 and ISO 9001) and Medical Device regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Biotechnology or Quality Management.
At least 2‑3 years’ experience working in a regulated environment, with hands‑on expertise in external and internal audits.
High attention to detail with proven statistical analysis and problem‑solving skills, supported by clear communication, a customer‑centric mindset, and a proactive, well‑organised, autonomous working style.
Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, communicating with others in a professional and effective way, strengthened with fluency in English and French language (spoken and written).
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
Ability to travel up to 10%.
