Job description
You will support the ESA Chair and LEA with research-related tasks such as literature reviews, data analysis, reference management, and energy system modelling (depending on experience). The role includes website design, dashboard development, wiki contributions, and supporting teaching and research projects.
You will also support the strategic development of LEA at PSI and foster collaboration between ESA and LEA. The position is part-time, with 10–30% workload (up to 15 hours/week), and offers flexible hours and location to accommodate study commitments.
Profile
* Proactive, motivated, well-organized MSc student in a quantitative discipline (engineering, informatics, economics).
* Experience in website design, management, wikis, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
* Graphic design, scientific figures, and relevant software skills are advantageous.
* Programming skills (Matlab, Python, Julia, GAMS) are a plus but not required.
* Interest in energy transition topics is beneficial.
* Strong English communication skills are necessary.
