In northeastern Switzerland, the name Rotz has stood for competence around cars, customer proximity, and innovation for almost 50 years. Now the family is opening a new chapter and is expanding the well-known location into a unique gem. A restaurant with show kitchen and bar, banquet, event and seminar rooms for up to 400 people, as well as an expanded self-check-in hotel with private spa suites will be newly created.

Chef de Partie 100% (m/f/d)
Your main tasks:
You have completed training as a cook EFZ and have at least three years of professional experience
You master the organization, preparation, and cooking of your own station
You ensure the consistent compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
You work independently, structured, and efficiently – because a smooth workflow in the kitchen benefits from your professionalism
