The team works closely with partners, directors, and engagement teams across industries to shape winning client proposals. Combining project management, storytelling and digital expertise, the team supports complex and strategic pursuits end to end, while continuously improving tools, processes and ways of working to enhance proposal quality and efficiency. /p /p p p p Zürich /p p As per agreement /p p 100% /p p Internal Firm Services /p p Everyone welcome /p p ID: WD /p /p /p /p /p /article section id="impact-skill" p p h2bYour Impact /b /h2 ulliLead proposal services for large and/or strategic advisory pursuits across industries, delivering high‑quality, RFP‑compliant responses  /liliCoordinate multidisciplinary teams of contributors and oversee content development, information gathering, design coordination and quality reviews throughout the pursuit lifecycle  /liliManage advisory pursuit processes end to end, ensuring adherence to RFP deadlines and effective resource allocation  /liliProvide coaching on pursuit processes and related tasks, including prioritising and overseeing design support from onshore and offshore delivery centres  /liliWork closely with partners, directors and pursuit team members to manage key internal stakeholders and contribute new ideas in a collaborative manner  /liliEnsure early and thorough understanding of RFP requirements and define and communicate a clear response strategy and solution approach  /liliSupport the pursuit sales coach and engagement teams in developing win strategies, including compelling storytelling and differentiated value propositions  /liliBuild a strong understanding of the global PwC network and the Swiss organisation to identify and mobilise the most relevant expertise and credentials for each pursuit  /liliLead and participate in internal and external debriefings, embedding lessons learned into future pursuits  /liliSupport senior management on sales pipeline topics, including the use of tools such as Salesforce  /liliRepresent the Advisory Activation Hub in internal PwC forums, such as introductory training sessions for new joiners  /liliContinuously evolve the online pursuit support platform and drive the implementation of AI‑enabled and digital solutions to streamline proposal management  /li /ul /p p h2bYour Skill Set /b /h2 ulliUniversity degree in marketing, sales, business, finance, design or communications, journalism, or project management  /liliFluency in English and German, written and spoken, with the ability to moderate discussions and craft persuasive pitches; French is an advantage  /liliStrong collaborative mindset with the ability to coordinate international and cross‑functional pursuit teams  /liliProven ability to translate complex information into clear, persuasive written and visual messages  /liliPragmatic, objective and creative approach to problem solving, with the ability to manage multiple priorities  /liliExperience in anticipating deadlines and managing a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leaders  /li /ul /p /p /section section id="benefits" p h2Your Benefits /h2 p p Hybrid Flexible Working Model Our work model enables you to spend part of your time working in the office and part at home (provided this is your preference) – unless you’re at your clients’ premises, which is of course always the priority.
