About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst – Customer Profitability to take full ownership of net sales revenue controlling and customer profitability reporting. In this role, you will work closely with our Commercial and Commercial Excellence teams, gaining unique visibility into market dynamics and customer performance.

Your Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end net sales revenue controlling for your assigned channel(s).
* Partner with Commercial and Commercial Excellence teams to provide financial insights that support our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) agenda.
* Support customer-centric business planning, including customer negotiations and commercial decision-making.
* Drive continuous improvement in customer financial reporting and profitability analysis.
* Contribute to the automation and digitalization of customer profitability processes to improve quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
What You Bring
* 3+ years of experience in finance, ideally in commercial finance, business controlling, sales finance, or FP&A.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or an analytical field (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science).
* Fluency in German and English; French is a strong asset.
* Strong skills in MS Excel and solid understanding of financial modelling.
* Ability to connect deep analytical insight with a clear understanding of the bigger business picture.
* A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for cross-functional business partnering.
* Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive improvements.
* Interest or first experience in data analytics (Power BI, Tableau) or RPA tools (Power Automate, UiPath) is a plus.
