Duties And Responsibilities
* Plan, organize, conduct and create kids’ activities.
* Provide an educational yet fun environment for the children.
* Setup Kids Club room and equipment prior to the children's arrival, including any audio visual, arts and crafts supplies, books, etc.
* Present the available activities to each family on arrival.
* Ensure the cleanliness and a high standard of hygiene and sanitation of the Kids Club’s area.
* Maintain knowledge of all emergency evacuation drills according to resort policies.
* Report any health or safety hazards to Kids Club Supervisor and Kids Club Manager.
* Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation; strive to maintain and exceed performance benchmarks.
* Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent from a recognized Early Childhood school with kindergarten/ school teaching background and at least 1 year experience in a similar hotel operational role.
* Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* Familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms. Knowledge of learning stories creation for children, latest trends with children and local environmental initiatives.
* Fluent in French & English
* EU or Swiss Passport
