As Tender & Implementation Manager, you drive business growth by leading high-quality tender processes and ensuring the successful implementation of newly acquired key customers. You combine commercial expertise with strong project management skills to deliver competitive, feasible, and customer-focused solutions.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end tender (RFQ) processes across all sales channels
Develop customer‑specific proposals in close collaboration with Sales, Pricing, Operations, IT, Legal department and Customer Service
Ensure commercially competitive and operationally deliverable solutions
Maintain and continuously improve tender tools, templates, libraries, and documentation.
Track trends in tender technology and methodologies (e.g., e‑bidding platforms) and integrate them into best practices.
Lead the implementation and onboarding of new strategic customers
Act as the main point of contact for customers during implementation
Coordinate cross‑functional teams, timelines and deliverables
Your Profile
3+ years of experience in tender management, implementation management or commercial project roles.
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain solutions
Experience in pricing and solution design
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English, German and French (mother tongue German or French)
Structured, independent and solution‑oriented working style
