About the Project:
The project aims to automate and optimize complex workflows through advanced algorithmic modeling, real-time data processing, and AI-enhanced system self-assessment. We collaborate with expert scientists, engineers, and industry leaders to design, prototype, and evaluate data-centric software solutions.
Your Role:
You will conduct research on AI/ML-driven analysis of biopharmaceutical data, develop robust scalable tools to support automated workflows, collaborate across institutions to design and evaluate data-centric software solutions, engage with industry stakeholders to translate findings into real-world applications, and publish results in high-impact venues.
Requirements:
* Candidates should have a Master's or PhD degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Familiarity with AI/ML techniques and software development practices is required.
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is necessary.
