Hobson Prior is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee digital capability projects for pharmaceutical manufacturing operations at the Boudry site. This role focuses on planning, executing, and delivering small to medium-sized IT projects, including enhancements to a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and other related initiatives. You will collaborate with global and local teams to ensure successful project outcomes while driving innovation and maximizing value. This is an onsite position based in Boudry, Neuchâtel.

Responsibilities:
* Set up and manage project plans, governance structures, and collaboration frameworks with cross-functional teams.
* Identify risks, dependencies, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
* Ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables align with best practices and organizational goals.
* Monitor project performance, financial health, and take corrective actions as needed.
* Drive progress by removing obstacles and energizing project teams.
* Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
* Prepare project reports and documentation to keep stakeholders informed.
* Apply and promote project management best practices, including Agile and hybrid methodologies.
* Support financial management, vendor coordination, and procurement processes.
* Collaborate on business case development and improve project estimates and outcomes.
Key Skills and Requirements:
* Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
* Experience in managing IT projects within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industries.
* Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and system development lifecycle (SDLC).
* Knowledge of computer system validation (CSV) and change management processes.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
* Proficiency in French (minimum level B2).
* Service-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and inclusivity.
Preferred Skills:
* PMP certification or equivalent.
* Experience with ServiceNow PM module.
* Knowledge of implementing interconnected computerized systems for production activities.
