We are looking for a motivated JUNIOR AREA MANAGER to support sales and business development activities across assigned territories in an international B2B API / Medical Cannabinoids environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Area Manager in executing sales and market development strategies
* Manage relationships with clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders
* Identify new markets, clients, and business opportunities
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis
* Support negotiations, tenders, proposals, and sales contracts
* Track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and prepare sales reports
* Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Regulatory teams
* Represent the company at client meetings and industry events
* Travel to assigned countries as required
Requirements & Skills
* Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
* Initial experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (API experience preferred)
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
* Strong communication, organization, and networking skills
* Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
