On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is seeking a SAP Integration & Data Management Team Lead with a passion for data management and SAP Integration projects.
Responsibilities
* Full ownership of the SAP Integration & Data Management domain.
* Leading and mentoring the team both technically and disciplinarily, while encouraging innovation and professional growth.
* Overseeing daily operations and project activities, as well as the design, planning, and execution of the SAP strategy and roadmap.
* Independently developing and implementing Integration & Data Management solutions in the SAP ecosystem.
* Leading internal and external projects (in part or full) with a focus on successful delivery.
* Providing strategic and cross-functional architectural consulting for SAP Integration & Data Management, particularly in SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP contexts.
* Taking the initiative to self-learn and stay up-to-date on emerging topics and technologies.
* Engaging in pre-sales and sales activities as a Solution Sales professional and Advisor.
* Contributing expert articles to industry journals and actively promoting SAP partner management initiatives.
Requirements
* Extensive experience in a similar leadership role, driving SAP Integration & Data Management initiatives.
* Skilled in conceptualizing and presenting complex topics with clarity and precision.
* Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of owning key responsibilities and projects.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with broad industry expertise and strong networking abilities.
* Effective communicator across all levels, fluent in German and proficient in English.
