Our 14 production sites worldwide together with our highly motivated and experienced team of nearly 2’700 employees provide our customers with uncompromising quality, proximity and agility.medmix is headquartered in Baar, Switzerland.Our shares are traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange (SIX: MEDX). www.medmix.swissRole OverviewTarget:Lead and develop the Global Sales Team (Account & Key Account Management).Execute the BU strategy with tailored sales approaches to ensure sustainable global growth.Drive customer relationships, growth initiatives, forecasting, demand planning, and sales execution.Identify new market opportunities and foster collaborations aligned with the BU roadmap.Ensure consistent sales processes (including after-sales) to achieve strategic and operational goals, with a focus on customer satisfaction.Continuously improve profitability in line with BU objectives.Tasks:Lead 4–6 Regional Sales Managers and their teams, ensuring alignment with authority and approval processes.Achieve short- and long-term sales objectives, expand market share, and close deals.Manage and control the global sales budget (revenue & costs).Identify growth opportunities, develop strategies for new and existing customers, and ensure customer satisfaction.Analyze market trends, provide competitor/customer insights, and support portfolio & product development.Maintain accurate forecasts and drive market penetration strategies.Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Technology on global/regional plans and product launches.Oversee team performance, succession planning, and appraisals.Implement value-based pricing and strengthen Global Account ManagementDevelop new business models and ensure profitability and market coverage.QualificationsMaster’s degree in Economics/Business; degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.Extensive international sales leadership experience (B2B/B&C).Knowledge of Adhesives & Sealants, ideally 2-component systems.Strong background in distribution management.Exceptional customer focus, communication, leadership, and coaching skills.High analytical ability with solid financial understanding.Skilled negotiator with strong interpersonal skills.Advanced MS Office, SAP, CRM (ideally Salesforce).Business fluent in English and German.Additional Informationmedmix is an equal opportunity employer, committed to the strength of a diverse workforce.93% of our employees would go above and beyond to deliver results – do you have the drive to succeed?
