Title: Accountant – Production Environment

Our client, a prominent international manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Accountant to strengthen its financial operations and ensure accurate, timely reporting across both Swiss and global entities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal finance teams to uphold Swiss accounting standards, support month-end and year-end closing activities, and provide dependable financial insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Duties Include:
* Serve as the primary contact for complex accounting matters and sophisticated financial transactions
* Ensure accurate and timely recording of business activities in full compliance with international accounting standards
* Lead and support the coordination of both internal and external audit processes
* Design, implement, and maintain strong internal control frameworks and accounting procedures
* Assist in the preparation of annual statutory financial statements and tax filings
* Work closely with the planning team to validate and confirm order details
* Produce detailed analyses, reports, and management summaries to support informed decision-making
The preferred candidate must possess proven experience in accounting roles. As well as practical knowledge of MS Office, fluency in the English and German language and excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to interact at all levels of business efficiently.
