Responsibilities
* Analyze IT disruptions, resolve support requests via phone or remote access, and utilize a structured ticketing system.
* Maintain and support Windows workstations, including user management and software deployment with PowerShell ADT.
* Ensure appropriate hardware, manage inventory, and support VoIP systems and virtual desktops (VMware Horizon).
* Handle security updates, workstation installations, and participate in rollout projects.
Qualifications
* Completed education in computer science with relevant professional experience.
* Excellent knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft cloud technologies, and common management tools.
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and analytical thinking.
* Excellent German language skills, good English, and mobility in Switzerland (driver's license B required).
