Responsibilities Analyze IT disruptions, resolve support requests via phone or remote access, and utilize a structured ticketing system.
Maintain and support Windows workstations, including user management and software deployment with PowerShell ADT.
Ensure appropriate hardware, manage inventory, and support VoIP systems and virtual desktops (VMware Horizon).
Handle security updates, workstation installations, and participate in rollout projects.
Qualifications Completed education in computer science with relevant professional experience.
Excellent knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft cloud technologies, and common management tools.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and analytical thinking.
Excellent German language skills, good English, and mobility in Switzerland (driver's license B required).
