Your tasks
* Work in a regulated environment where you get to understand the applicable norms and standards.
* Contribute to develop, test, and introduce new tools needed to increase quality assurance.
* Be part of problem‑solving activities and process improvements within our shopfloor area.
* Promote the implementation of new technologies and working methods to ease the shopfloor labor.
Your Profile
* Student in Material & Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
* Knowledge of thermal spray processes is advantageous.
* Knowledge of programming (ABB Robotics, S4 Rapid, or similar) is desirable.
* Initial industry experience, e.g., through an internship, is desirable.
* Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks or CATIA) is a plus.
* Strong interest in the Aerospace MRO industry and to work in a regulated environment.
* Solid English skills (C1); communicative German is a plus.
