Your Challenge
 * Leads end-to-end coordination of testing, change enablement, and business readiness for the ROC Finance programme, ensuring seamless integration with T24 implementation and downstream finance systems.
 * Manages transformation activities to align Finance processes, controls, and organisational structure with the new operating model, maintaining financial integrity and regulatory compliance.
 * Acts as primary liaison between ROC Core, Finance leadership, and cross‑functional teams, representing Finance in steering committees and ensuring consistent governance and messaging.
 * Develops and executes change impact assessments, readiness plans, and KPIs while fostering stakeholder engagement through targeted communications, workshops, and progress tracking.
 * Establishes robust change governance, identifying and mitigating risks related to business readiness, adoption, and resourcing, with regular reporting to programme management.
 * Collaborates closely with the design/VC team and conducts impact assessment for all Finance domains.
Your Profile
 * Proven experience in leading large‑scale transformation programmes within financial services, particularly in finance operations or technology implementations such as core banking system upgrades (e.g., T24/Temenos).
 * Strong understanding of financial processes and controls, including accounting, reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal audit requirements in a highly regulated banking environment.
 * Project and change management expertise, with demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end testing (UAT, dress rehearsals), risk assessment, business readiness, and cutover planning.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior management, cross‑functional teams, and technical workstreams; capable of translating technical details into business‑relevant insights.
 * Leadership and team development capabilities, including coaching multidisciplinary teams, setting objectives, driving collaboration, and promoting continuous improvement in high‑pressure environments.
