We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Group Internal Consulting Graduate Talent Program. You’ll get to:

* take responsibility for delivering Risk, Compliance, and Regulatory change projects end-to-end across business divisions and group functions
* support remediation initiatives addressing self-identified, audit, or regulatory control gaps
* manage regulatory change topics across 1st and 2nd Line of Defense and coordinate execution
* work on regulatory implementation projects as junior Subject Matter Expert for specific topics
* communicate effectively with all audiences in a structured manner
* work effectively with diverse teams to develop the best solution


Your team

Group Internal Consulting (GIC) is UBS's internal consultant unit. We are a driven and diverse team with over 700 people in 4 regions across the globe. Part of the Group Integration Office (GIO), we work in close partnership with all divisions and functions to drive integration, transformation and change across UBS, supporting our firm in achieving its strategic goals. Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

* has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
* has initial experience in working in a project-based environment
* has analytical and conceptual skillset with a problem-solving, pragmatic attitude
* is interested in the financial services industry and energized by working in fast-paced environments with high expectations and tight deadlines
* has strong written communication and presentation skills
* is proficient in written and spoken English; other languages a plus
* has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
