Cadrans Fluckiger SAProcess ManagerMissionWithin the scope of this role, in our Development Department, you will be responsible for managing product and/or production and transactional process projects, supporting production, and actively participating in continuous improvement actions based on standards that you will create and evolve, autonomously, within the manufacture and its subsidiaries.Responsibilities- Manage projects for the development of new processes, existing processes, and the deployment of transactional processes for the production unit.- Facilitate project monitoring and lead technical meetings.- Manage the acquisition of production resources, ensuring compliance with the schedule, budget, quality requirements, and deliverable conformity, while monitoring action plans.- Coordinate and unite working groups (support functions, internal clients, suppliers) by evaluating project and process risks (FMEA) and proposing action plans.- Actively support production to ensure perfect control and performance of current processes (research and analyze deviations from standards, process corrective actions, conduct tests, identify critical line points, and bring them to the system standard).- Manage critical path approaches, launch series 0, update production files, update and maintain the repository and production files, system data, and the research database.Profile- ES Technician or Bachelor's degree in mechanics or micromechanics.- 5 years of experience in a similar role in the field of micromechanics, watchmaking, or mechanical construction.- Knowledge of watchmaking mechanical techniques.- Knowledge of ERP principles (Article, routing, MRP, etc.).- Knowledge of CAD (ideally Solidworks).- Proficiency in Quality tools (FMEA, 8D, Capability, etc.).- Proficiency in office tools (MS Office).- Very good knowledge of Lean - Six Sigma tools (5S, SMED, process capability, etc.).- Good knowledge of the watchmaking environment.- Action-oriented, you have the ability to convince, master interpersonal relationships, and manage complexity.- You demonstrate a spirit of initiative and are capable of managing uncertainty and ambiguity. jid8013e16aen jit0520aen jpiy26aen
