Oracle OTBI & BI Publisher Reports Specialist (Contract)

Start date: June 2026
Duration: 6 months (with possibility of renewal)
Our Client, an international organization is seeking an experienced Oracle OTBI & BI Publisher Reports Specialist to support a major ERP cloud migration and reporting modernization program. The role focuses on data analytics, reporting, and visualization across Oracle Fusion applications.
Key responsibilities
* Gather and document business reporting requirements
* Design, develop, and optimize OTBI analyses, dashboards, and reports
* Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports, data models, and templates (RTF, Excel)
* Configure report bursting, scheduling, security, and automated distribution
* Manage data extraction using BICC and HCM Extracts
* Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and documentation
* Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT teams
* Support deployments via CI/CD pipelines and version control
Profile
* Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
* 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and reporting
* Strong expertise in Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, BICC, HCM Extracts
* Advanced SQL and data visualization skills
* Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and/or ERP modules
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
Nice to have
* Oracle reporting certifications
* Agile / PRINCE2 / ITIL knowledge
