TheFranchise Head High Specialty is responsible for managing theHigh Specialty sales and marketing team to ensure the overall commercial success of the Franchise’s generic& biosimilar assets in the areas of Neurology, Ophthalmology, Endocrinology and Addiction Medicine
Your Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Manage the Franchise’s P, closely monitoring budgeting, forecasting, and sales performance of the High Specialty portfolio. This includes generic& biosimilar assets in the areas of Neurology, Ophthalmology, Endocrinology and Addiction Medicine.
Lead and guide the sales and marketing teams, including the direct management of the Franchise’s Key Account Managers [KAMs], to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
Define a fit for purpose go-to-market model for the Franchise’s portfolio, including channel strategy and commercial terms to maximize value across customer segments and key accounts.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning, engage key opinion leaders, and promote the Franchise’s portfolio effectively.
Drive field force effectiveness (“right customer, right message, right frequency”) to maximize impact of the KAM’s customer facing activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Market Access and Supply Chain) to successfully engage diverse customer groups and maximize impact of sales and marketing efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment to achieve the Franchise’s business objectives.
