What You’ll Do
* Drive production performance by optimising plant operations, meeting targets for throughput, gold recovery, and overall efficiency.
* Ensure safe, compliant, and effective use of plant assets through careful planning, monitoring, and the application of innovative processes and technology.
* Collaboratively contribute to continuous improvement by analysing data and identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall performance of operations.
* Role model our core values and create a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued.
What You’ll Bring
* Tertiary qualifications in Metallurgy or relevant discipline plus manual driver’s licence.
* Displayed knowledge of process technologies and equipment, with proven experience in a similar role within a mineral processing plant.
* Exposure to implementation and maintenance of ICMI cyanide code.
