Job Description
The role:
Key Responsibilities
* General Account team assistance on day to day basis.
* Assists the Account team in developing client presentations and briefs.
* Administrative support (organizing internal/client meetings, travel logistics, finance support, expense claim support,…).
* Attends client phone calls and supports Account Executive/Manager on preparation and thorough documentation of calls.
* Researches trends, tools and technologies that have a specific impact on our clients’ business.
* Supports Account team with developing timelines and gains knowledge regarding general process of creative development and production.
* Detailed, professional and timely communications to internal team.
Objectives
* Develop strong understanding of our agency services & processes and clients business.
* Develop a deep understanding of the creative process.
* Develop good knowledge of the brand, category, and media channels.
Education Requirements
* Bachelor degree in Marketing Communications/Business Management.
* Previous experience in the communication field is a plus.
* Bilingual (Fluent in English, very good command of French, written & spoken).
