Follow our page for the latest updates, news, and insights.\*ALD Automotive | LeasePlan are rebranding to Ayvens across all 42 countries by 2025.**Your responsibilities will include:*** Customer portfolio management: Ensuring daily monitoring of contracts, responding to specific requests, and anticipating needs.* Business relationship management: Identifying opportunities for development, preparing and leading steering committees with customers.* Performance analysis: Preparing activity reports, monitoring KPIs, proposing action plans.* Optimizing fleet management: Advising on fleet composition, energy transition, and electrification.* Internal coordination: Creating synergies with the sales, technical, delivery, and customer service teams.* Ensuring customer loyalty: Guaranteeing high satisfaction and providing support with contract renewals.* Cross-functional collaboration between account management in new business and in the business partner area.**Your Profile:** * Commercial training or comparable qualification (commercial diploma)* Very good German and English skills, French and/or Italian skills are an advantage* Ideally, experience in the automotive or financial services industry* Good understanding of mobility issues (TCO, electrification, etc.)* Precise, careful, and independent way of working* Sound knowledge of MS Office* Citrix/SAP experience is an advantage* Sales and service orientation* Excellent knowledge of reporting tools (Excel, CRM, etc.)
