The role focuses on data analytics, reporting, and visualization across Oracle Fusion applications. Key responsibilities Gather and document business reporting requirements Design, develop, and optimize OTBI analyses, dashboards, and reports Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports, data models, and templates (RTF, Excel) Configure report bursting, scheduling, security, and automated distribution Manage data extraction using BICC and HCM Extracts Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and documentation Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT teams Support deployments via CI/CD pipelines and version control Profile Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence and reporting Strong expertise in Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, BICC, HCM Extracts Advanced SQL and data visualization skills Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM and/or ERP modules Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder"'management skills Nice to have Oracle reporting certifications Agile / PRINCE2 / ITIL knowledge For this position we can only consider applicants with a Swiss work permit or a Swiss/EU passport. jidf336846afr jit0519afr jpiy26afr
