We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the development of aircraft and component configuration management in our MRO software. You will bridge aviation engineering, maintenance, and software, turning complex processes into digital solutions ensuring accurate data, compliance, and efficient workflow.

Tasks
* Define the product vision and roadmap for aircraft and component configuration management.
* Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating aviation processes into clear user stories and requirements.
* Work closely with engineering, UX, and aviation experts to deliver high-quality features.
* Ensure solutions support aircraft configuration tracking, effectivity, traceability, and regulatory compliance.
* Validate delivered features and drive continuous improvement through user feedback and product metrics.
* Collaborate with airlines, MROs and CAMO teams to understand operational needs.

Requirements
* Strong understanding of aircraft configuration management, serialized components, and MRO operations.
* Familiarity with aviation regulatory frameworks (EASA / FAA).
* Ability to translate complex technical and operational processes into clear product requirements.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
* Experience with complex MRO platforms such as AMOS.
* Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in enterprise software, ideally in aviation or MRO environments.
* Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating within Scrum teams.
* Background in aerospace engineering, CAMO, maintenance planning, or avionics.
* Knowledge of ATA industry standards, digital twins, or configuration data management.
* A valid work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship is preferred due to current work permit regulations.
