On behalf of one of our global clients in Zurich, we're looking for a Director Mergers & Acquisitions Strategy to join their team and lead the way forward.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring
* Conduct market and business analysis to identify opportunities and challenges
* Develop strategies and frameworks to optimise deal outcomes
* Support clients in navigating complex transactions and mitigating risks
* Lead client engagements and drive business growth
* Mentor and develop future leaders within the team

* Ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction
* Collaborate across teams and geographies to leverage collective expertise
