We are looking for our Ecommerce Team In Geneva a E-COMMERCE EUROPE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (H/F)

Role Overview & Purpose
The E-Commerce Europe Operations Coordinator supports the E-commerce Operations in focusing on the daily functionality and optimization of the online business. He/She ensures smooth operations by managing order fulfilment, inventory, logistics, customer service, and continuous process improvement team in the running of the Ecommerce platform.
This is a multi-role position that will consist mainly in supporting eCommerce daily operation work. He/She participates in the development of the Ecommerce Business.
Key Responsibilities
ECOMMERCE OPERATIONS:
* Daily check orders status and returns
* Communication with the warehouse to ensure the smoothness of process (out of stock orders, orders blocked, issues with transfers, quality issues, etc..)
* Communication with the Customer Service team to deliver the best customer experience to clients (Estimated time of arrival for orders, stock information, IT bugs linked to orders or exchanges, etc, improvement ideas, etc.. )
STOCK & INVENTORY
* Monitoring physical and IT stock levels
* Reconciling monthly inventories for different stock typologies as well marketing tools
* Ensuring accurate product information
* Preparation of supporting documents for Audit and internal control for the annual inventory as well as reviewing stock discrepancies for internal audit
* Ensuring the correct level of stationery (gift wrap, ribbons, stickers, shopping bags, gift clients, gift cards...)
Care & Repair:
* Managing stock not sellable during quality control at the warehouse to request a repair or credit note to quality control team.
* Follow-up of credit notes confirmed to ensure their completeness
* Performing IT stock movements to align stock sent out and in for repair
* Care & Repair beauty cases (credit notes, packaging issues, …)
FINANCE:
* Managing chargebacks from different providers: from the conversation with the clients to the investigation up to the preparation of documents to defend the chargeback.
* Actioning refunds on a daily basis, and preparing daily report for top management
IT:
* Track and document any technical issue that arises from back offices, inform the relevant department and follow up until complete resolution. Participate in tests to ensure swift and quick resolution
* Proactively participating in the PI to prioritize business topics ensuring that business priorities are taken into account
* Platform upgrade: perform tests campaigns with the team and participate in IT meetings
Skills and Requirements:
Technical:
* Higher education, bachelor’s degree minimum
* Having first experience in operations is required
* Operational profile desired
* Digital mindset and computer savvy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel in particular
* Analytical, with ability to extract and interpret data and discover opportunities through it
* Having basic knowledge of Magento, Salesforce and WMS is a plus.
* Fluent in French and English
