* Understand the importance of intellectual property (IP), contribute to IP discussions, and identify potential risks in R&D projects
Your background
* Master’s degree in electrical engineering
* 2–5 years of experience in R&D within a business environment
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Solid understanding of energy systems and transformers; experience with bushings is a plus
* Ability to align R&D activities with business processes and strategic goals
* Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
* Awareness of intellectual property considerations in the R&D lifecycle
* Open-minded, collaborative, creative, and eager to learn
