PpWe are looking for an Access Management Specialist (m, f, d) for the role of bIAM Manager /b. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage projects for integration and optimization of IAM processes according to the roadmap. /li liFurther develop IAM with new functions. /li liDesign and manage role creation and development, including tool and process optimization. /li liEnsure functionality of access to buildings and applications/systems. /li liAdapt IAM systems during restructuring. /li liDesign and integrate IAM in new divisions. /li liImplement new or adapted business and IT authorizations and ensure their maintenance. /li liPerform regular data reconciliations to ensure data quality in coordination with HR and master data managers. /li liReview user authorizations. /li liEnsure compliance with risk management and corporate governance. /li liSupport audit or authority requests. /li liParticipate in regulatory projects. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering. /li liExperience with digital identity, IAM, identity governance and access management. /li liExperience in cybersecurity and data protection. /li liKnowledge of access management and tools such as Sailpoint IIQ, Exchange or Azure. /li liAnalytical and conceptual thinking. /li liService and result‑oriented personality. /li liStrong interpersonal skills and eloquence. /li liTeam player, proactive, versatile. /li liHigh‑quality decision making. /li liProficiency in German and English. /li /ul pPlease send us your documents for an initial contact by e‑mail to or call us on. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
