Your Job
This awaits you on your journey with us:
* Adhering to the specified instructions/tasks given by the superior
* Responsibility for the preparation of dishes at the assigned station in the hot galley
* In charge of the organisation of goods/provisions
* Supervising and improving the own station when necessary, and controlling other areas of the galley
* Continual maintenance and improvement of quality standards
* Controlling and maintaining the cleanliness and safety precautions together with hygiene standards in compliance with HACCP regulations
* In charge of careful handling of all equipment and machinery in the area

* Diploma as a Cook
* Work experience as cook, as well as hotel or onboard cruise ship experience
* Trustworthy and able to work on his own initiative
* Cost and quality awareness
* Flexibility, reliability and ability to work under stress
* Working in a professional manner, well-groomed and clean appearance and able to motivate the team
* Knowledge of English language
