Your Responsibilities
* As a Young Talent Quality Production, you ensure the quality of series‑production parts.
* You support manufacturing and assembly processes by leading root cause analyses and driving corrective actions (8D, QRQC, SHAININ).
* You contribute to statistical evaluations related to complaints, assembly processes, and First Pass Yield on test benches.
* You take an active role in task forces addressing critical production issues.
* You prepare and support internal and external audits (ISO9001 / EN9100).
* You develop, implement, and monitor process and product audits to ensure continuous improvement.
* You support the change‑management process, as well as the FMEAs.
* You support customer service in managing customer claims (0 Km and field).
* You prepare monthly KPI reports and proactively drive initiatives to improve the quality of Liebherr Machines Bulle products.
Your Profile
* You hold or are finishing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering, or similar field.
* Ideally, you already have training in quality methods (e.g., 8D, QRQC, Six Sigma, SHAININ).
* You are fluent in French and English. Good command of German is an asset.
* You are familiar with MSOffice (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) as well as Minitab.
* You are a communicative person with strong facilitation skills and a structured approach.
* You are consistent, persevering, and able to organize work independently while maintaining a practical, hands‑on mindset.
