We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to fill the role of Junior Sales Manager in our Cosmetics Raw Materials department.
This is an office-based position located in close proximity to the Italian border, with the possibility of working 1-2 days per week from home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to drive business growth.
* Prepare and present commercial offers and contracts to clients.
* Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities based on customer needs.
* Utilize CRM and sales management tools to optimize sales processes.
* Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests for documentation and sampling, while also interfacing with suppliers.
* Promote company products at trade fairs and events within the industry.
About the Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a basic understanding of raw materials used in the cosmetics industry.
Requirements:
* Chemistry, pharmaceutical, or related degree.
* Proficiency in English, Italian, and German languages.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and integrated systems.
* Preferably, prior experience in the commercial sector.
