Lead and develop a team of 8 Customer Support Engineers
Oversee the implementation and ongoing monitoring of work scopes aligned with customer requirements, ensuring compliance with OEM, SR Technics, and aviation regulations.
Ensure timely delivery of technical requirements, documentation, and decisions to maintain smooth engine shop visit processes.
Drive continuous improvement of the Engine Maintenance Program (EMP) to enhance process efficiency, reduce shop visit costs, and shorten turnaround times.
Foster a performance-driven culture through setting targets and regularly reviewing KPIs with the team.
Collaborate with engine manufacturers and vendors to support operational excellence.
Partner with Product Management to enhance our service offerings to customers.
Your profile
* BSc in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering or related field
* Strong knowledge of the aerospace MRO or maintenance industry
* Proven leadership skills
* Experience in customer relations and working across cultures
* Proactive, adaptable, results-oriented
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* High safety, quality, and cost awareness
* Proficiency in English (C1); German is a plus
