Windows IT Support – 1st / 2nd Line, Office 365
this is a long term contract to join our Basel based client in the Financial Services sector.
Your Tasks
* Manage the delivery of IT support services by prioritising and processing the support backlog queue.
* Desktop applications and Windows support
* Assist with coordination and support of rollouts (hardware, services, software).
* Act as a backup for personnel onboarding and offboarding and support during peak times.
* Contribute to and maintain the knowledge base content for staff.
* Identify process automation opportunities and design processes to enhance efficiency.
Your Experience/knowledge
* Experienced with Windows 11 and Office Desktop applications.
* Experience with Office 365 Online services.
* Previous experience with direct client support in an international environment
* Experience with the Azure ecosystem from a support perspective.
* Language skills: English – fluent

* Outstanding customer service skills with a proactive service orientation.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills to manage customer expectations.
