Responsibilities
* Operate demanding network infrastructures for clients, coordinate, plan, and implement changes
* Handle technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues
* Participate in quarterly on-call duty
Qualifications
* Technical education and extensive experience with Cisco routing, switching, and WLAN products
* Valid Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification and solid ITIL process knowledge
* Strong service orientation, independence, and responsibility
* Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
