We are looking for a Supply Chain Lead to drive the end-to-end supply chain of drug substance, drug product, and finished pack across our global partners. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain operations for assigned molecules / markets. This includes planning and managing supply and inventory of Drug substance, Drug Product and Finished pack at various partners.
Lead and coordinate product launches, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to market.
Lead and coordinate supply chain and COGS initiatives (e.g. serialization implementation).
Oversee demand/supply planning, logistics, inventory management, and network strategy across all key global markets (US, EU, APAC, LATAM).
Implement and optimize SCM processes in our ERP system, manage Master Data and ensure master data accuracy.
Collaborate closely with Regulatory, QA/QC, CMC departments to align supply capabilities with market needs.
Monitor and analyze internal and vendor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement, minimize inventory and costs (e.g. inventory levels, OTIF, etc.).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders and coordinate Supply and Operations (S&OP) meetings with our vendors.
Support the program teams in matters of logistics.
Proactively identify and manage supply chain risks, troubleshoot supply chain issues.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Implement and/or update SOPs related to material planning and supply chain operations.
Lead and optimize global end-to-end supply chain strategy for biosimilars, from clinical supply through commercial scale-up.
Build and manage high-performance relationships with CMOs and CDMOs to ensure seamless production, supply, and quality compliance.
What you bring:
Over 5+ years of experience in the supply chain, with experience with pharmaceutical products. Biologics/biosimilars is a plus. 3+ years in a Supply Chain Management position.
Experience with product launches/project management, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience with the implementation of ERP modules.
Experience working with external vendors (CMO/CDMO).
Basic knowledge of cGMP / regulatory requirements.
Academic background in a relevant discipline (Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar).
Excellent Planning skills, Analytical thinking.
Ability to work independently, hands-on, start-up mindset.
Ability to work efficiently in a matrix organization with competing priorities.
Ability to work in a global environment; intercultural competence.
Willingness for (international) business travel to CDMOs (occasionally).
Very good command of English. Other languages are a plus.
