Job Description:
Ensuring the budget achievement of the own unit while maintaining standards and quality policy through market analysis, market development, data maintenance, and living the Randstad values
Support in achieving qualitative goals regarding Talent Forward
Matching supply and demand in the market for permanent positions and temporary business and providing a consulting service for clients, flexworkers, and applicants in specific sectors of the local labor market
Acting as Deputy Branch Manager with decision-making authority
Onboarding and supervising the consultants in the respective branch
Deployment and vacation planning for employees
Collaboration on marketing activities
Implementation of customer orientation (Talent & Client) as well as sales standards in the branch
What do you need to be successful in this job?
You have completed a basic commercial apprenticeship and have at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience as a Senior Consultant
Further training as an HR Assistant is an advantage
Affinity for complex IT systems
You deal positively with change
You have strong communication skills, can give and also accept feedback
Independence and readiness to take responsibility are part of your daily routine
You are an open and forward-thinking personality and bring a proactive way of working as well as new ideas to the daily business
You act as a role model in leadership situations and
You are a French native speaker and have very good English skills (at least B2 level)
