Tasks
The job you'll be doing:
You’ll be the welcoming face of Foldini — taking orders, guiding customers, managing the till, and keeping the service flow smooth and friendly. Your goal: create a warm, efficient, and memorable experience for every guest.
Responsibilities and tasks that you master:
* Take customer orders and operate the cash register
* Provide friendly, efficient customer service
* Support with serving and packaging dishes
* Keep the counter and service area clean and organized
* Assist with restocking and other operational tasks
* Cook on occasion outside peak hours
Requirements
* Skills, experience and qualifications that you bring with you:
* Experience in customer service or cashier work (hospitality is a must), cooking experience preferred
* Strong communication skills and a warm, reliable attitude
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility for shift work, weekends, and busy periods
* Languages: German and/or English. Italian is considered a plus but not essential
