Responsible for managing day-to-day as well as change-the-bank aspects of a front business unit. This role may include managing cross-functional projects and initiatives, overseeing financial management, coordinating events, governing business-specific processes, preparing key reports and presentations as well as supporting front employees of the Region with regular updates and insights.
YOUR CHALLENGE
1. Lead, coordinate and/or support strategic initiatives and projects, coordinating and collaborating across teams and functions
2. Conduct and/or coordinate quantitative and qualitative analyses as a decision basis for projects, performance reviews, scorecards process and/or ad hoc requests
3. Create and maintain KPIs / reporting framework across regional growth disciplines, to be addressed to line management, and to ensure diligent follow-ups of defined actions (NNM from share-of-wallet, new clients, etc.)
4. Prepare presentations, concepts and white papers for internal and external bodies
5. Responsible for the communication of relevant information and actions for front employees of the Region, including monitoring and follow-up on agreed actions
