Your challenge
1. Work with stakeholders to define requirements and understand payroll and time management processes
2. Analyze and configure SAP Payroll and Time Management modules to optimize processes and meet business requirements
3. Ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll processes
4. Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and support implementation
5. Collaborate with HR, IT, finance teams, and external partners
6. Provide training and support during implementation
7. Participate in system upgrades, integrations, and migrations
Your qualifications
8. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
9. Several years of experience as an SAP Payroll and Time Management Consultant or similar technical rôle
10. Deep knowledge and proficiency in SAP Payroll and Time Management configurations
11. Experience in managing end-to-end SAP Payroll and Time Management projects
12. Knowledge of Swiss payroll processes is a plus
13. Team-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
14. Strong communication skills in English and German
