About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to fill the position of Business Development Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to grow our workplace coffee offering.

Key Responsibilities:

* Co-create and execute strategies to grow our workplace coffee offering
\
* Take charge of operational execution: client onboarding, inventory management, quality assurance, and technical product expertise
\
* Identify new B2B segments and develop tailored go-to-market strategies
\
* Build and manage service partnerships as we expand into new regions
\
\
Operational Tasks within Forlam Ventures
\
\
* Owning critical workstreams: conduct market and competitor research, evaluate new business opportunities
\
* Supporting pitch materials, reporting, and strategic analyses
\
* Contributing to content creation, digital campaigns, and positioning
\
* Taking initiative and full ownership—drive your own projects forward
\
* Maintaining high standards across communication, delivery, and professionalism
\
* Collaborating openly and executing fast in a high-autonomy environment

Requirements
\
\
1. B.A. / B.Sc. / Master in Business Administration, Economics, etc. or other relevant working experience
\
2. Excellent communication skills in both German/English and creative
