R&D Partners is seeking an ICT Engineer to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Basel. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, supporting IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless operations within a GMP pharmaceutical setting.

Responsibilities
* Administer Azure Active Directory for user identity and access management.
* Efficiently stage new laptops using Intune with necessary configurations.
* Provide 1st and 2nd-level user support, resolving technical issues.
* Monitor and maintain backup, restore, and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam, Acronis, Mount10).
* Oversee IT asset management, tracking inventory and optimizing resources.
* Manage and develop the ticketing system for streamlined support.
* Handle Unifi Network Administration for network stability and performance.
* Administer Windows Server services (DHCP, DNS, IIS, SQL) for business operations.
* Utilize MS Dynamics for relevant business processes.
* Provide expertise in O365 applications and support.
* Perform network patch management to ensure security.
* Manage IT aspects of employee onboarding/offboarding.
* Support IT projects with hands‑on contributions.
* Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IT systems.
* Ensure compliance with IT security standards and practices.
Key Skills and Requirements
* Significant experience in a GMP pharmaceutical environment with QA/QC knowledge.
* Self-managing mindset with strong prioritization skills.
* Transparent reporting and clear communication abilities.
* Relevant ICT education and at least 5 years of IT support experience.
* Proficiency in on-site support and troubleshooting lab devices.
* Service-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Experience in writing SOPs for IT systems.
* Commitment to IT security and willingness to work outside standard hours when needed.
* Technical expertise in flashing firmware of laptops.
