At the heart of our organization, we are seeking a seasoned Lead Financial Strategist to spearhead key financial functions and drive long-term growth and resilience.This pivotal role will oversee and strategically steer four core areas :Develop, assess, and recommend international tax strategies that support our growth and profitability goals.Design and challenge business tax models across jurisdictions, with a special focus on complex and emerging markets.Proactively manage and prepare for tax audits globally.Lead and structure corporate reorganizations at both domestic and international levels, ensuring full compliance while maximizing tax efficiency.Treasury & Financial Risk ManagementEnsure optimal liquidity across the organization at competitive cost.Define and implement short- and long-term financing strategies in line with our corporate plans and investment roadmaps.Lead banking relationship management and negotiate credit facilities domestically and abroad.Design and implement hedging and financial risk mitigation strategies (including currency, interest rate, and credit risks).Regularly assess financial exposures and maintain dynamic hedging policies in line with market evolutions.InsuranceRecommend, negotiate, and manage group-wide insurance programs to protect our assets and operations from major risks.Ensure continuous review of risk exposure and appropriate insurance coverage in a rapidly evolving technological and geopolitical context.Lead financial due diligence efforts for new ventures, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions.Evaluate and structure investment opportunities, ensuring alignment with our strategy and value creation objectives.Oversee financial integration and performance monitoring of acquired entities.Contribute to long-term asset management, including active participation in our pension fund investment strategy and operations.As a trusted advisor, you will bring strategic thinking and strong execution capabilities to this critical role. We are looking for someone with :A degree in finance, economics, or related field; an MBA, CPA, CFA or equivalent qualification is a plus.Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, including tax, treasury, M&A, and risk management.Proven leadership experience, with the ability to engage and motivate cross-functional teams.Demonstrated track record in managing complex international tax structures, particularly in emerging markets.Solid expertise in treasury operations and financial risk mitigation.M&A experience, including financial due diligence and integration of acquired entities.Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, especially with financial institutions and external advisors.Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and business acumen.Fluent in English and French.Join Our TeamCollaborate with high-level experts and work on impactful international projects.Operate in a multi-cultural, high-integrity environment where autonomy and ownership are encouraged.
