What you’ll do Own the product vision & strategy for lab automation solutions Drive the product roadmap, lifecycle, and commercial success across European and global markets Lead new product development from concept through launch Act as the voice of the customer, deeply understanding lab workflows and user needs Shape product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy Partner across R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver impactful solutions Develop sales enablement tools, insights, and competitive differentiation Track performance metrics including adoption, growth, and market impact What we’re looking for We’re especially interested in candidates with a scientific background and hands-on lab experience who are ready to step into or grow within product leadership.
