Job Description
1. Review andparepensation, benefits, and pension fund models between the two organizations.
2. Analyse a cohort of employees to be transferred, including contracts, job grades, titles, andpensation structures.
3. Coordinate with legal teams to ensurepliance with Swiss labor law (, Article 333 CO).
4. Assess and report on vacation, flex-time balances, and HR statistics (turnover, absenteeism, demographics).
5. Address individual legal issues, including labor disputes and special agreements (residence/work permits).
6. Draft a consolidated report covering findings, risks, and rmendations.
7. Supportmunication to employees during the transition period.
8. Define transfer principles, propose solutions for exceptional cases, and rmend best practices.
9. Prepare and issue transfer/wee letters and new employment contracts.
10. Ensure accuracy,pliance, and proper documentation of all contractual and HR files.
11. Manage sensitive cases with discretion and ensure smooth handover to the client's HR department.
The Successful Applicant
12. Strong expertise inpensation & benefits, employee transfers, and Swiss employment law.
13. Proven track record of leading integration, restructuring, or transformation projects.
14. Trilingual: fluent in French, German, and English.
15. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
16. Strong interpersonal andmunication skills, able to engage with employees and reassure them during sensitive transitions.
17. Resilient, adaptable, and able to work independently while collaborating closely with stakeholders.
