Sales, business development and client services:
* Respond to client requests either directly or working with the sales team members;
* Prepare materials for and help with organization of client roadshows and client meetings;
* Support team in enhancing sales efficiency through best usage of the CRM tool (Salesforce);
* Liaise with marketing for client mailings and client events;
* Assist with putting in place distribution agreements and side letters with clients and prospects;
* Prepare sales, activity and opportunity reports for weekly team meetings;
* Monitoring of fund flows on daily & weekly basis;
* Review market intelligence and databases to identify opportunities;
* Establish strong working relationships with internal teams such as GIS, product management, legal and compliance;
* Develop strong understanding of products and services.
Administration:
* Help with preparation of quarterly board packs for the Swiss office;
* Coordinate with internal teams and auditors the annual financial and regulatory audits;
* Act central contact for internal teams on administrative matters relating to the Swiss office (for ex. accounting, taxation, compliance, IT, HR);
* General office support including liaising with our local service providers and local authorities;
* Liaising with travel office for booking of travel.
* University degree (or equivalent qualification) in Finance, Economics or related subject matters topic ;
* Substantial work experience in financial institution (Asset Management or Banking preferable);
* English fluency, good French and ideally German or Italian ;
* Interest for fund management and financial markets;
* Smart, team player, flexible & client orientation.
* Swiss nationality, work permit or eligible to Swiss work permit.
