Medtronic is hiring a Sales Representative for Venous & Embolization, responsible for promoting and selling products and solutions in the German-speaking part of Switzerland (excluding Bern, Solothurn, Basel, and Baselland).
The role reports directly to the Sales Manager for Aortic & Peripheral Vascular Health in the Alpine region.
A Day in the Life
1. Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
2. Build, develop, and strengthen long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
3. Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits.
4. Establish educational initiatives for the company's products and services.
5. Conduct market research on customers and competitors.
6. Implement market development plans and strategies.
7. Gather customer feedback on new and existing products for internal review, including R&D, Operations, and Marketing.
Must Haves
* University degree.
* Fluency in German and English.
* Customer-centric approach.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to interact effectively with senior external stakeholders.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
* Up to 80% travel required.
Nice to Haves
* Fluency in another European language, preferably French.
* Working knowledge of Medtronic's products and services.
* At least 3 years of relevant, commercial experience.
* Strong skills in anticipation, planning, problem-solving, multitasking, and adaptability.
* Experience following strict procedures and compliance rules.
